All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Custom and embroidered items may require additional time depending on design complexity and order volume.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
Please note: These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the package is scanned.
4. Incorrect Address / Address Issues
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If the address is incorrect and the package returns to us:
We will contact you for an updated address
You will be responsible for additional reshipping charges
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
We are not liable for:
Delays caused by carriers
Lost or stolen packages
Weather-related delivery issues
If an issue occurs, we will assist you in opening a case with the carrier.
6. Duties, Taxes & International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged when receiving international orders.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review and provide a replacement if approved.
